Delivery


Dispatch Lead times

All orders are actioned in invoice/order number sequence.

All Dapa Designs products are made UPON order, we do not hold stock of our products due to the amount of variations we make and lack of storage facilities, therefore there will be a small delay between placing an order and it being sent. This is usually 3 to 4 business days (please note business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK bank holidays - as the Studio is none operational during these times> Our Ecommerce shop remains open 24 hours a day/365 days a year.



Process

Once your order is received, we print and check your invoice, your item will then be cut and placed into production, at this point we will update the system to state the item is now in production, this will generate an email to you.

Once your item has cleared production (about 2-3 days) it will be packed and dispatched, we will send you an email to advise you when it is dispatched. If you have paid for a tracked service then the email will include a link or a number, for you to track your item, Please allow at least 24 hours from receiving the mail before checking your tracking, this gives the chosen postal system time to upload your parcel onto their system and for it to start moving..



Shipping & Delivery

We offer various shipping options for UK and International sales and your delivery time will be in line with the delivery option you choose, based on the 3rd parties timeframes. We advise customers to select a tracked service where possible as you are then able to follow the progress of your purchase from when it leaves us until its arrival at your chosen address.

NB: Please note certain countries customs department take far longer to process items than others, Brazil, Italy & Singapore are among these, therefore if you are in one of these countries please be aware it can take 6 to 8 weeks for an item to arrive, this is not something we have any control over.


All delivery times are estimates based on the information supplied by the relevant postal services. Whilst most items arrive on or before the earliest dates above, please do allow a few days over the longest estimate as there can be many reasons for a small delay, this is rare but does happen on occasion, but should not cause alarm.

If your purchase is returned to us because it has not been "signed for" or collected from a delivery centre or customs department etc, we will happily re post these to you, however there will be an additional delivery charge to pay. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are available for delivery or to collect their item if delivery has not been possible due to there being no body at home. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure their address and contact details are correct and up to date. Dapa Designs Ltd will not be responsible for items wrongly delivered if the address details supplied are incorrect or NOT complete. You are responsible for knowing and understanding your countries import charges (duty/Taxes) if any exist and paying these upon delivery if required


Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help, please contact us

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, for an exchange or refund (please do not return ANY item without contacting us By Email, first and receiving a response - as you will be given a unique reference code for your return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels still attached, along with your unique returns reference. Any underwear products will only be exchange or a refund given if the item is unopened and the security seal is still intact (this is for hygiene purposes) This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Your item must have original invoice (sent with your order) or proof of purchase included.

Your item should be well packed and watertight to prevent damage in transit ( no open products in Jiffy bags these will not be accepted.

We advise customers to send all items by Signed for (In the UK) or a Tracked service (If outside the UK) this is for your own protection, so you can track your return to us, however this is only advise and is totally at the customers discretion, we accept no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

 

Shipping your Return
 

All returns should be sent to Dapa Designs Ltd, Unit 4 Parkwood Centre, Aston Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 7HT, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it is agreed that an item is faulty in its manufacture.



Refunds or Exchange

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will then notify you of the status of your return and as long as it meets the returns criteria, we will action your request.



Cancellation

From time to time we all change our mind, so we have a 24-hour cooling off/cancellation period. Should you wish to cancel an item after payment has been made, please contact us on dapadesigns@gmail.com Once we confirm your cancellation, we will initiate a refund (if you have made payment) to your credit or debit card (or your original payment method, Paypal etc) for your item. You will receive your credit within a few days dependant on your card issuers handling times, which we have no control over. If no payment has been made we will initiate the cancellation immediately.
